What payment options are available?
The Hedgie Store accepts Paypal for debit and credit card payments. However, we love crypto! You can pay with Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and now we also accept Stellar Lumens!

How do I pay with Bitcoin?
We don't use any intermediaries like bitpay or coinbase. Paying with Bitcoin directly is very easy, just select it as your payment method at checkout and you'll see the instructions on how to convert your order's total from USD to BTC, then all you have to do is send that amount to our Bitcoin wallet address and once we confirm the transaction, your order will be marked as paid and we'll proceed to fulfill and ship it.

How do I pay with Litecoin?
Select Litecoin as your payment method at checkout and you'll see the instructions on how to convert your order's total from USD to LTC, then just send that amount to our Litecoin address and once we confirm the transaction, your order will be marked as paid and we'll proceed to fulfill and ship it.

How do I pay with Ethereum?
Select Ethereum as your payment method at checkout and you'll see the instructions on how to convert your order's total from USD to ETH, then just send that amount to our Ethereum address and once we confirm the transaction, your order will be marked as paid and we'll proceed to fulfill and ship it.

How do I pay with Stellar Lumens?
Select Stellar Lumens as your payment method at checkout and you'll see the instructions on how to convert your order's total from USD to XLM, then all you have to do is send that amount to our XLM wallet address with the indicated Deposit Memo (extremely important to include this on your deposit or the transaction will be unsuccessful) and once we confirm the transaction, your order will be marked as paid and we'll proceed to fulfill and ship it.

My products are defective, can I return them?
No worries! If you find misprinted/damaged/defective items in your order, you just have to contact us at hello@thehedgie.store within 30 days after the product is received. We will ask you to send pictures of the defective items and a new order will be shipped with no extra cost.

I think my order got lost, what now?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order.

The illustrations are pretty, can I use them?
Thanks! Glad you like them. All current artwork was commissioned to mexican illustrator María Fernanda Echeverría you should check out her work. Back to image usage, no, all artwork is protected by copyright and can not be used or modified in any way neither for commercial or non commercial purposes unless you have our written permission, you can email us at hello@hedgie.store to discuss this.
